The TCCC or Tactical Combat Casualty Care course will teach you how to react and what to do when a member or operator of your team gets injured during combat. You will learn how to treat different combat related injuries and what actions have priority during an active firefight. This is a basic and NECESSARY course for all military, law enforcement and private security operators. Knowledge saves lives, so get started now! At the end of this course we will also tell you how to organize your own medical kit, what to bring on a mission, and what you should leave out of your kit. You are expected to already have basic notions of first aid training.

Good summary and you understand what it is all about. There are a few technical terms that are translated/explained, but there are also many technical terms for which there is no explanation. Depending on whether you are a specialist, you may have to look up various words, but it helps to get to grips with the subject.
Viedos/images:
The viedo quality is okay and the content is conveyed in an understandable and meaningful way. The short summaries at the end of the videos are also great.
The images are also ok. In combination with the technical terms, pictures would be a great way to explain this better.
All in all a great course and for the price you can’t go wrong.

I found the course pneumothoraxing. 10/10 colapsed lungs would take it again. But to be honest it was properly prepped and had many vital information how to save someones live. I hope I wont have to use such information in day to day life but if I’ll have to now I’ll know how to save someones life.

The use of curse words in the reading material is quite unprofessional and this lack of vocabulary makes me question the accuracy of the information and facts shared. Speaking about facts, stating that tampons are to be used to treat massive hemorrhage!? Really!!!? I would love to see actual proof that this works… Most operators, trainers, programs and studies state the inadequacy of the use of tampons for bleeding control. Lastly, have the persons in the training videos never heard of the use of gloves when treating a casualty!? Absolutely cringeworthy! Now, despite the negatives, there are actually some nuggets of wisdom and knowledge to learn from in this course. Thank you for that.

This was little too short. If I had paid full price I would be disappointed. Now this was OK, shot, but OK if you have had heard those things before and now needed some refresh. This isn’t suitable for first introduce at TCCC or emergency care.

I learned more about TCCC, I didn’t knew how to do the pneumotthorax before and other things, so this course is excellent. I really recomend It to do. Here in Barcelona, as a civilian we don’t have courses for everyone, so this helps a lot. Really worth the time and money invested for this!

There is very good information for the combatant that has never been in a TCCC situation. Alot of repetition makes for easy learning

Some details are missing, like elevating the limb while fixing a hemorrhage, wearing loves is often missing in the videos.
Even if CPR is not the main topic in TCCC, it should be at least explained

This is an excellent refresher course. But take it seriously if you want to get value out of it. Read each section carefully. Take notes if needed. Watch every video even if you think you know it. You paid for the whole course, use the whole course. This program offers excellent coverage of TCCC, make use of it.

It i always good to increase your knowledge and get your grey matter to start thinking about different situations and scenarios again. Medicine is a science and always changing and we have to change our thought pattern with it.

It was an eye-opener of a course. One realizes the complexities of operating in a warzone.
Fair Points and Decent Information
It has it’s good points. I am a skeptic on the use of tampons, as the game tampon suggests, the tamponade effect means that the object absorbs the blood, and does not necessarily aid in the clotting process. That is why the CoTCCC recommendations revolve around Chitosan or Hemostatic infused gauze. As the name suggests, we are attempting to achieve hemostasis which means the stopping of blood movement or flow. This will allow it to clot, whereas the use of tamponades will work if the source of the bleeding stops or a clot is formed. One collects blood, the other prevents blood from moving. Another reason is because of wound ballistics. The wound is not always straight through a body, hence the use of a tampon (rigid by design) will not effectively compress a wound that is not straight through. I agree both can be used in a dire situation, but my preference remains with packing gauze.

Due to COVID19 Pandemic, I wasn’t able to travel to participate but wanted to add / refresh my skills that may come handy in saving a life or more, I found TCCC by EBSSA. Enrolled and studied. Took the quiz and viola 100/100 and immediate delivery of Completion Certificate.
I wish to thank Rustom and Victor for offering such a great course at such a cost. Now, I shall relax and look for other courses. Highly recommended Course for all involved in Private Military/ Protection Industry. Tactical Combat Casualty Care course
This course teaches the most effective treatments and the most common injuries in combat. A good reference to train more in the care of victims. There is a part that only highly qualified and medical personnel can play. That said, it is a very good reference to have a base and not go blind.
